Responsibilities: ● Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. ● Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer discussions. ● Design solution architectures and prepare technical proposals. ● Assist in Proof of Concept (PoC) setup, testing, and technical validation. ● Support RFP/RFQ responses and solution documentation. ● Coordinate with product, engineering, and deployment teams for successful project execution. ● Provide technical guidance to channel partners and customers. ● Stay updated on product features, integrations, and industry trends.
