We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable B2B web and mobile products end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning product development, mentoring engineers, and building platforms like Learning Management Systems and assessment solutions. Website: https://www.upgrad.com Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience building end-to-end web products. Strong experience developing scalable B2B SaaS applications. Experience owning features or products end-to-end and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and drive engineering best practices. Comfortable coordinating with a small engineering team to deliver high-quality products. Hands-on expertise in modern web technologies and backend development. Exposure to mobile application development is preferred. Strong understanding of system design, architecture, scalability, and performance. Experience building platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), examination, assessment, or similar B2B products is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Responsibilities Take ownership of delivering complex product features and technical initiatives. Work closely with a small team of engineers to drive execution and technical excellence. Design and build scalable web and mobile applications end-to-end. Contribute to technical architecture and engineering decisions. Mentor team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Ensure high standards of code quality, security, performance, and reliability. Drive engineering excellence through automation, testing, and continuous improvement.
