🇫🇷 Executive Assistant | French & English Are you the person who keeps everything running before anyone even notices something could go wrong? We are looking for a mature, sharp and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer directly. This is not a typical admin role — you will work at the heart of our international leadership team, in a fast-paced, multicultural environment where priorities shift quickly and discretion is everything. If you speak French, thrive under pressure and know how to manage complexity with calm and precision — we want to meet you. What you'll do Own the CO's calendar, meetings and agenda — anticipate needs, not just react to them Coordinate international travel, logistics and accommodation end to end Act as a communication bridge between leadership and internal/external stakeholders in French and English Prepare and maintain documents, reports and presentations with high accuracy Support internal administrative processes and follow up on open items proactively Handle sensitive information with full confidentiality and professionalism What you bring Advanced French and English — written and spoken, no compromise 2–4 years of experience in executive support, office management or a similar high-responsibility role A mindset that is proactive, not reactive — you see problems before they happen Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing detail Emotional maturity and the ability to navigate a dynamic, senior environment with confidence Good command of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and AI tools What we offer A direct seat at the table with international C-suite leadership Real exposure to strategic operations and decision-making environments Flexible benefits platform — you choose what works for you: medical insurance, meal vouchers, shopping vouchers and more A team that invests in your growth
