About this role
As Legal Counsel Contract Manager you will play a key role in overall legal support for the Company. With your commercial mindset and legal expertise, you support the business by reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing complex, high-risk, fixed-price contracts in an international environment. You provide legal and commercial advice, to minimize risks exposure for the company and ensure successful project delivery. You will work closely with Senior Management to mitigate company risks. Together with internal stakeholders you ensure contractual risks are identified in early stages and managed during the lifetime of a contract. You communicate with third parties regarding a wide range of contractual aspects. You have a strong understanding of Contracting, Bank Guarantees, Incoterms, Export Control and Trade Compliance.
