You can learn more about us here https://entyrecare.com/ Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Intake Care Manager to support the successful activation of new clients and caregivers across Ohio. This is a field-based role focused on completing new-client activation visits, collecting required documentation, conducting BCI/FBI fingerprint scans, and ensuring each applicant and family successfully completes the onboarding process. The Intake Care Manager will serve as the first in-person point of contact during the beginning of the caregiver journey. This role does not manage an ongoing client caseload or provide continuing care management after activation. Success in this position requires strong execution, accurate documentation, clear communication, and the ability to work independently while traveling regularly.
