AMI is looking for a Stock Supervisor for its Soho, NY location! Reporting to the Store Manager, the Stock Supervisor will manage back-of-house operations. Alongside his/her team, the Stock Supervisor will track and monitor inventory and develop processes to maximize efficiency. The Stock Supervisor responsibilities: Inventory Management: Oversee shipping and receiving Executing weekly cycle counts and ensure physical products match system Investigate any shortages or discrepancies Ensure accurate product and supply inventory Prepare mid-year and annual physical inventory inventories Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency, support store initiatives and projects as needed Team Leadership: Partner with Store Manager and sales team to support visual merchandising, execute and collection launches Train and support team on day-to-day back of house policies and procedures Lead by example on company standards and expectations Who You Are: Organized, efficient and self-starter Detail oriented, operationally sound. Team player with a strong sense of team leadership to deliver results beyond expectations Excellent customer service skills and strong ability to foster a customer-service spirit in store Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for 8 hours a day Open availability, holidays and weekends required Join the <<f.AMI.ly>>
