Roles and responsibilities This is a permanent role supporting our Founder/CEO, designed to protect and multiply the scarce resource that is her time. You will own the diary, inbox, travel, and logistics, prepare the CEO for every meeting, and produce and assemble high-quality written material to a senior standard. The work spans day-to-day operational reliability and judgement-led support: knowing what matters, anticipating what is coming, and clearing the path.You will interact regularly with senior funders, multilateral institutions, board members, partners, and team members, so discretion and a sure touch are essential.
