You'll become part of a skilled production team responsible for manufacturing high-quality welded steel mesh using modern automated machinery. Every shift you'll learn how to: <ul><li>Operate automated welding machine</li><li>Monitor product quality and carry out inspections</li><li>Adjust machine settings following full training</li><li>Identify and solve production issues</li><li>Work safely as part of a close-knit team</li><li>Help us continuously improve our manufacturing processes</li></ul>No two days are exactly the same, and every day offers the opportunity to develop new technical skills. Shift Pattern 3-shift rotation (Mon–Fri): 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00 Shift working allows us to support customers across the UK while providing an excellent overall salary and benefits package. We're Looking For People Who <ul><li>Practical experience in a production or mechanical environment, setting and operating machinery</li><li>A strong commitment to safety and product quality</li><li>Experience using hand tools (e.g. Allen keys, hammers, screwdrivers)</li><li>Confidence with basic digital tools, such as on-screen and tablet-based systems</li><li>An adaptable, driven and team-focused attitude, genuinely open to learning new technology and better ways of working</li><li>Curiosity about innovation and AI, with ideas for doing things better</li><li>The ability to work all three rotating shifts (early, late and night)</li></ul>If you also have the following, that's great, but we can train you if not:<ul><li>Basic understanding of drawings and measurements</li><li>Forklift truck (FLT) licence</li><li>AI literacy</li><li>GCSE Maths and English at grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent)</li><li>Prior experience in manufacturing or production, ideally welding automation or mesh making in another sector</li></ul> If you're practical, dependable and enjoy learning, we'd like to hear from you.We're much more interested in your attitude than your previous job title.
