In this role, you will be the bridge between design engineering, physical testing, and early manufacturing, ensuring our products and processes meet high standards of reliability and performance.We are not looking for a rigid corporate bureaucrat. We want a pragmatic, cost-conscious, and hands-on quality professional with solid foundational experience who is eager to learn and build clean, efficient quality systems from scratch. You understand that quality in a scale-up is about enabling safe, rapid hardware iterations, not slowing them down with unnecessary red tape.This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO).
