We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and human-centric People & Culture Partner to join our team in Amsterdam and own our internal people operations.Working closely with leadership and our dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take full ownership of the employee journey after a candidate signs their offer letter. Blending high-level HR strategy with hands-on compliance and day-to-day execution, you will design the people playbook from the ground up as we prepare to scale our physical footprint.This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
