Your mission Working in a busy office environment, you will work within an administration team which is responsible for:<br><ul><li>Answering phone calls and arranging appointments</li><li>Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail</li><li>Managing email queries and appointment requests</li><li>Responding to client requests</li><li>Writing letters or recording medical notes</li><li>Filing and typing up reports</li><li>Scheduling off-site clinics</li><li>Supports physician staff by representing physicians</li><li>Providing personal assistant support to medical staff</li><li>Arrange referrals; billing patients and third-party payers;</li><li>Maintaining office files and patient records.</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.</li><li>Keep office equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.</li><li>Maintain quality results by following and enforcing standards</li><li>Enhances physician office reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.</li><li>Managing reception duties on a rotational basis</li><li>Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Previous experience of a customer-facing role essential</li><li>Experience in a healthcare environment desirable</li><li>Strong administration skills and attention to detail</li><li>Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks</li><li>Professional, approachable and team-player</li></ul>
