About this role
Your mission <ul><li>Conduct wellness screenings on site with clients. </li><li>Collect blood samples. </li><li>Measure blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, waist circumference. </li><li>For Surveillance, audiometry, spirometry, VDU, etc </li><li>Set up and take down of pop-up screening clinic at client site. </li><li>Ensure screening equipment is cleaned and maintained. </li><li>Ensure medical waste is stored and disposed of appropriately. </li><li>Provide general advice on healthy living practices where required. </li><li>Use Medmark’s software system to record accurate records of client assessments. </li></ul><strong> Rate of Pay : €190/day</strong><br><strong> Working hours: 22.5 hours per week</strong> Your profile <ul><li>Appropriate qualifications in nursing, phlebotomy and/or health surveillance. Any similar experience is desirable. </li><li>Proven experience with phlebotomy. </li><li>Appropriate qualifications for administering vaccinations are not essential but desirable. </li><li>Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal, empathy and listening skills. </li><li>Strong organizational and planning skills including time management with proven track record of prioritizing key tasks and delivery to a high professional standard. </li><li>Strong team member with proven ability to establish and maintain effective working people relationships. </li><li>Access to own transport is essential. </li><li>Garda vetted. </li><li>Flexibility to work at client sites nationwide. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Good IT skills and experience with electronic health records. </li></ul>
