on attendance, partnership performance, customer acquisition and commercial impact, using insights to continually improve future activity.</li><li competitor activations, emerging trends and opportunities across the performance lifestyle landscape.</li></ul> Your Experience <ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;"><li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10pt;font-family:Roboto, sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:300;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none;">4-6 years' experience in community, partnerships, events or brand marketing, ideally within fitness, sport or lifestyle.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10pt;font-family:Roboto, sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:300;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none;">Experience planning and delivering brand activations or community events.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10pt;font-family:Roboto, sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:300;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none;">Proven ability to build and manage long-term partnerships.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10pt;font-family:Roboto, sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:300;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none;">Experience managing affiliate, ambassador or athlete programmes.</li><li fitness community (HYROX, functional fitness, running, CrossFit or similar).</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10pt;font-family:Roboto,
