Ihre Aufgaben <ul><li>aktiver Vertrieb unseres umfassenden Produktportfolios im Bereich Nutzfahrzeug-Schmierstoffe & Produkte</li><li>persönliche Betreuung, Beratung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im NFZ-Segment</li><li>gezielte Akquise von Neukunden, insbesondere Werkstätten, Speditionen sowie kommunale Betriebe</li><li>Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung individueller und marktgerechter Verkaufs- und Marketingmaßnahmen</li><li>Anwendung, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung nachhaltiger Maßnahmen zur Kundenbindung</li><li>aktive Begleitung und Unterstützung unserer Handelspartner im Außendienst</li><li>Durchführung von Produkt- und Anwendungsschulungen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort</li></ul> Ihr Profil <ul><li>abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung</li><li>fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sowie ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis</li><li>Berufserfahrung in der Nutzfahrzeugbranche und/oder im Schmierstoffvertrieb von Vorteil</li><li>hohe Vertriebs- und Abschlussorientierung, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt</li><li>selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung</li><li>sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung</li></ul> <br>Es handelt sich hierbei um eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle.
