Your mission As our Hacker Community Manager, you'll be the day-to-day heartbeat of Intigriti's hacker community. You'll be present where our hackers hang out, responsive when they need help, and build excitement for our online events, rewards, and projects that keep our community of 150,000+ ethical hackers engaged. Reporting to our Head of Hackers, you’ll be the first point of contact for our community across socials: keeping conversations moving in Discord and other social media platforms, and making sure recognition and rewards land on time. You'll also be our ears on the ground, spotting recurring themes and feeding real signal back to the team. This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract. We offer hybrid working, with two days from our London office.
