Your mission <strong><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Position Summary</span></strong><br><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations by processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate master data, and ensuring the integrity of accounting records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in finance within an international and collaborative environment.</span></p><strong><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong><br><ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Support the daily accounting and finance operations.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Support supplier invoices using SAP Business One (SAP B1).</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Review, verify, and process employee travel and expense claims in accordance with company policies.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Create and maintain vendor and customer master data in SAP Business One.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Support and maintain cost centers and other financial master data.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Assist with month-end closing activities and support the preparation of financial reports.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Ensure accounting records are accurate, and properly documented.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoice issues, payments.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Support internal and external audits by preparing the required documentation.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and procedures.</span></li></ul> Your profile <p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Qualifications & Experience:</span></strong></p><ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role is preferred. Recent graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Experience working with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is highly desirable.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Good communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li><li style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:15px;line-height:115%;font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.</span></li></ul>
