Your mission At the Euroleague Basketball Communications Area, we’re looking for a person who likes to work with people, enjoys relations with different personalities and profiles and has a sense of responsibility in what she/he does.<br><br>Your main duties will be featuring the EuroLeague and EuroCup game nights throughout the whole season. With this in mind, a passionate of sports, and basketball in particular, will enjoy even more about the tasks and responsibilities.<br><br>You’ll fit in if you’re a person who knows to pass on a message the right way, interacts with people with respect and has a serious commitment with the work assigned to you.<br><strong><br>What You will do:</strong><ul><li>EuroCup and EuroLeague Game Nights overview for Comms’ area: photo service, AV content, media coordination, clubs coordination, internal coordination.</li><li>Post-game night follow-up duties (including Saturday)</li><li>Produce daily media monitoring and press clippings covering Continental Europe, the UAE, and selected global media outlets, over the weekend.</li><li>Creation of F4 Magazine</li><li>EB corporate whatsapp distribution media group management</li><li>Support Comms area in project that can be assessed upon availability such as:<ul><li>media day briefings</li><li>photo briefings</li><li>team’s requests</li><li>photo archive</li><li>surveys’ follow-up</li><li>curate databases</li></ul></li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Advanced level of English language is compulsory.</li><li>Effective administrative skills</li><li>Proactive self-starter, team player and strong communicator with a keen interest to progress within the sport business industry.</li><li>Holds EU nationality and / or a valid residency / work permit for Spain.</li><li>Demonstration of strong coordination and delivery culture.</li><li>Strong ability to work on multi-project dimensions in a high-pressure working environment.</li><li>Technical knowledge of the IT/telecom/broadcasting industry.</li><li>Clearly proven ability to work well with people at all levels within a multi-cultural environment.</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.</li><li>Effective organizational skills.</li><li>Experience working collaboratively with geographically distributed and international teams.</li><li>A tenacious, hard worker.</li></ul>
