Your mission At the Euroleague Basketball Communications Area, we’re looking for a person who likes to work with people, enjoys relations with different personalities and profiles and has a sense of responsibility in what she/he does.<br>You’ll fit in if you aim to do things with commitment, learn from others and are able to work in coordination with the rest of the team. <br><br><strong>What You will do: </strong><br><ul><li>Produce daily media monitoring and press clippings covering Continental Europe, the UAE, and selected global media outlets.</li><li>Create and distribute media kits to a network of more than 3,000 media outlets.</li><li>Support senior management in maintaining relationships with media partners, including data tracking, credential applications, and ticket request coordination.</li><li>Assist with the management and maintenance of the photo archive.</li><li>Review the communications sections of delegates' reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Coordinate team requests related to pre-season Media Day activities.</li><li>Track and follow up on pre–Final Four Media Day content deliveries.</li><li>Provide editorial and production support for the Final Four magazine.</li><li>Coordinate broadcast production for the EuroCup and Adidas Next Generation Tournament in collaboration with broadcast partners.</li><li>Coordinate the weekly television schedule across all broadcast partners.</li><li>Monitor international and customized broadcast feeds to ensure quality and delivery.</li><li>Coordinate audiovisual archive requests from internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Manage television logistics for Euroleague Basketball competitions, ensuring operational readiness and seamless execution.</li><li>Provide ongoing feedback to the Television Manager to enhance and optimize existing methodologies, tools, and operational processes.</li></ul> <br><strong> </strong> Your profile <ul><li>Advanced level of English language is compulsory.</li><li>Effective administrative skills</li><li>Proactive self-starter, team player and strong communicator with a keen interest to progress within the sport business industry.</li><li>Holds EU nationality and / or a valid residency / work permit for Spain.</li><li>Demonstration of strong coordination and delivery culture.</li><li>Strong ability to work on multi-project dimensions in a high-pressure working environment.</li><li>Technical knowledge of the IT/telecom/broadcasting industry.</li><li>Clearly proven ability to work well with people at all levels within a multi-cultural environment.</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.</li><li>Effective organizational skills.</li><li>Experience working collaboratively with geographically distributed and international teams.</li><li>A tenacious, hard worker.</li></ul>
