You will work closely with senior leadership and various departments to develop robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets that support our ambitious plans.<br><br><strong>What you will do: </strong><br><ul><li>Transition the annual budget and long-term strategy plan to the BAU financial plan, with clear ownership for plan delivery.</li><li>Provide financial and commercial decision-making support across the business as required.</li><li>Manage the annual budgeting process, including preparing detailed annual budgets and rolling reforecast models, while interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.</li><li>Improve the annual budgeting model for P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.</li><li>Conduct thorough analyses of financial performance, including variance analysis and trend identification, to support decision-making and drive operational improvements.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing key findings and providing actionable recommendations.</li></ul><br> Your profile <strong>What you will need:</strong><br><ul><li>Qualified Accountant – Chartered, Certified, or CIMA.</li><li>Ideally 4+ years of relevant post-qualification experience, ideally in an FP&A environment.</li><li>Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Proactive and able to work independently.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.</li></ul>
