At Eatable Adventures, we believe that building strong, engaged communities is key to driving innovation in the AgrifoodTech sector—and we’re looking for <strong>an intern to join us and start his/her professional development in Finance.</strong><br><br><strong>We want you to enjoy summer, so the starting day will be in September!</strong><br><br>You will play a crucial activity in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and supporting various critical business functions, such as:<ul><li><strong>Accounts Payable & Receivable Management</strong>: Support on processing client invoices, track payments, and manage vendor bills to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.</li><li><strong>Financial Recordkeeping</strong>: Support on maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries, expense reports, and supporting documentation for audits and internal reviews.</li><li><strong>Bank Reconciliations</strong>: participate on reconciling bank statements with internal records monthly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies or unauthorized transactions.</li><li><strong>Assistance with Monthly Closings</strong>: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including journal entries and accruals.</li><li><strong>Cross-Border Financial Compliance Support:</strong> Help ensure adherence to international tax regulations and currency conversion standards when processing transactions across different jurisdictions.</li><li><strong>Support other areas of the company</strong>: Provide support where needed in Administration, HR, investments, consulting, etc.</li></ul>This role offers significant exposure to the full accounting cycle and cross-functional operations, providing a solid foundation for a career in finance. <br><br><strong>What we offer:</strong><ul><li>Flexibility to support your studies dedication: you can decide your worktime schedule.</li><li>Hybrid work: you can combine on site working with remote one.</li><li>Real posibilities to join us with a permanent contract after the internship period</li></ul><br> Tu perfil If you are an individual with a foundational understanding of accounting principles, a commitment to accuracy, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, international environment, we want to meet you!<br><br>In addition, you must have:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and the posibility to sign an internship agreement with the training center.</li><li>High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and with accounting software will be valuable.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li><li>Languages: fluent in spanish and english (mandatory both)</li></ul><br>Are you ready to dive into the details and help us maintain financial precision? ¿Por qué nosotros? <strong>Grow Your Skills –</strong> Gain hands-on experience in financial activities in an international company.<br><strong>Make an Impact –</strong> Help shape one of the world’s most exciting and impactful industries.<br><strong>Be Part of a Mission –</strong> Join a passionate team committed to building a better, more sustainable food future.
