We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our Facilities Team as aWard Host/Hostess on a bank only basis. This role is vital in ensuring patients receivetimelyhydration, nutritional support, andassistanceduring evening mealtimes.
Working hours: 16:30 - 19:30

Main Responsibilities
Support the delivery of evening meals to patients.
Ensure patients receive regular drinks and hydration support.
Liaise with nursing and clinical teams toassistwith patients' nutritional needs.
Serve food and beverages in a safe, hygienic, and caring manner.
Monitor food intake and reportconcernsto nursing staff.
Maintain ward pantries in line with food hygiene standards.
Collect and clear meal trays and replenish supplies.
Assistin creating a positive patient experience through excellent customer care.
What We're Looking For:

Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.
Previoushospitality, catering, customer service, or healthcare experience would beadvantageousbut is not essential.
