We are looking for an experienced clinician to join us, to clinically lead our fantastic Therapy Team within Abbey Ward at Abingdon Community Hospital.
Applicants must have a full valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work. Adjustments can be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010 where required.
Main duties of the job
Building effective relationships is essential as you will act as a central point of contact for expert knowledge and information for our MDT, patients, their families, and carers. Working closely with the MDT, acute, community and social care partners to ensure that barriers are removed, and problems solved, which allow us to provide an excellent Rehabilitation service, ensuring a safe and timely discharge of patients.
Whichever profession you are from, you will work within your professional function, receiving appropriate supervision and using your unique skills to support both our patients and MDTs progressing our patient's rehabilitation journey through to discharge.

Qualifications Essential
Professional Qualification (Degree or equivalent) Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) portfolio Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes

Post graduate education specifically relating to client group including master's level modules
Experience Essential
Experience and knowledge of management & leadership Previous experience as a Band 6 or equivalent Experience of working within an interdisciplinary team
