Community Neuro Rehab Specialist Nurse - Band 7 - 24.75 hours
This is an exciting opportunityto join our nursing team withinCNRT.You would be part of a rewarding and developing service, committed to providingevidence basedintervention.Youwillleadthe development of CNRTnursingteam and be active in the development and promotion of integrated neuro rehab services in the community.
CNRTis a multi-disciplinary service whooffer support, advice andtherapy intervention to adults who have a physical and/or cognitive impairmentdue tohavinga neurological condition.We offercommunity basedtreatments in a variety of settings including the home, group, clinic, or the wider community.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic registered nurse,whowillprovidespecialistinterventions to patients withneurological conditions.
Main duties of the job
To lead, develop and deliver specialist holistic nursingcareaspart of a multidisciplinary (MDT) communityneuro rehabilitation team treating patients with stroke,Parkinson'sandotherneurological conditions.
