Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, proactive and self-motivated physiotherapist, with excellent caseload management and communication skills to work within the Community Response Service Physiotherapy team predominantly based within the North Tyneside locality, with opportunities to work trustwide. This role aims to enable patients with a wide variety of conditions to be as independent as possible within their own environment by providing specialist physiotherapy assessment and interventions.
