Main duties of the job
Providing pharmaceutical care to patients from admission to discharge Actively participating as part of the multi-disciplinary team at ward level Providing prescribing advice and support to medical staff Patient education Participation in quality improvement projects across the department and clinical areas

GPhC registered/GPhC provisional registration Master Degree in Pharmacy (4yrs) or equivalent
