Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll make sure we have a clean and well-maintained environment so that residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs well. We'll also need you to liaise with contractors on jobs that fall outside the expertise of your team. Qualifications Essential

Hands-on experience of property maintenance, at least one trade skill, full UK driving licence, IT literacy, GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
