An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing team in our Endoscopy Unit here at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn.
In our new state of the art unit, we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic registered practitioner to work in all areas of the department. This unmissable opportunity is suitable either for a practitioner who already works in Endoscopy or is interested in learning Endoscopy.
This busy unit works over 6 days a week, offering a service to both out-patients and in-patients offering diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for adults and also participates in an out of hours on call rota.
Applications are welcomed from newly qualified and experienced Registered Nurses. Applicants must hold current NMC/HCPC registration as a Registered Nurse or be due to obtain registration prior to commencing employment.

Main duties of the job
As a registered healthcare professional you will work with all members of the Department clinical team and within the multi-disciplinary framework.
You will maintain a high standard of patient care under thedirection of the Department Manager, taking the lead in clinical areas when competent, in the absence of a senior member of staff.
At all times, you will work in accordance with the standards, codes of conduct and professional principles set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), as applicable, and in line with Trust policies and procedures. Qualifications Essential
Registered Practitioner with the NMC / HCPC Degree/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent

Relevant experience of looking after patients in a healthcare environment.
