We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Healthcare Virtual Assistant fluent in both Spanish and English, with hands-on experience using eClinicalWorks (ECW). This role supports a fast-paced U.S.-based medical practice, ensuring smooth patient communication, accurate documentation, and efficient administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage patient appointments via eClinicalWorks Handle inbound/outbound calls and messages in both Spanish and English Maintain and update patient records with precision and confidentiality Assist with medical billing, insurance verification, and prior authorizations Process referrals and coordinate follow-ups Provide empathetic support to patients and relay information to providers Utilize Google Workspace and VOIP tools for documentation and communication
Qualifications:
Proven experience with eClinicalWorks or similar EMR systems Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Prior experience in a U.S. healthcare setting preferred HIPAA-compliant and trained in patient privacy protocols Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities
