Provides outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships. Maintains, repairs, and replaces pumps to prevent equipment failure. Performs routine area maintenance and other tasks unrelated to the plumbing trade as needed. Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Other duties as assigned. Operates and maintains hot water systems, including boilers, heat exchangers, steam regulators, and pressure regulators. Troubleshoots equipment operation, determines causes of malfunctions, and makes necessary repairs. Installs and repairs copper, PVC, poly pipes, cast iron, and steel piping. Maintains, repairs, and replaces water softeners, ice makers, and piping for various equipment and systems. Adjusts work schedule as necessary for the continued safety or convenience of guests and staff. Ensures knowledge of and compliance with all current codes and requirements. Installs and maintains plumbing systems in accordance with local and state codes. Installs, maintains, and repairs toilets, lavatories, sinks, faucets, and flush valves.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:
• High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]
Work Experience:
• 5+ years experience working as a journeyman under a licensed plumber orhave held a master plumber competency card during past employment [Required]
• 3+ years commercial experience [Preferred]
• 2+ years healthcare plumbing experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$23.91 - $44.46 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
