Position: Controlling Operations Service Delivery Main responsibilities: Hierarchy Management: Maintain WD hierarchy and H15 hierarchy mapping, identify and resolve discrepancies between systems Cost Center Optimization: Identify appropriate cost centers from active nodes or reservoir BIN, request new cost center creation when needed and manage duplicates ARPE Template Management: Submit and manage ARPE templates to update Workday based on system requirements Project Master Data: Create and update project data based on ServiceNow PPM, ServiceNow APM, and Digital Service catalog inputs Costs mapping: Identify and resolve actuals without IO/WBS and actuals with IO/WBS but without Global Project assignment, prioritizing items above materiality thresholds Opex TM1 upload: Check and consolidate data from Foresight extracts including CC, AN, Global Project, P&L Line, Currency Project Consolidation: Consolidate Global Project OP to Global Project SP and budget line items to single l
