Job Title: Architectural Designer - Remote
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer with a strong background in rendering, construction documentation, and detailing. This role requires proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software to create high-quality architectural designs and presentations. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion Create detailed renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project specifications Review and refine architectural plans, elevations, and sections Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software Strong understanding of construction methods and building systems Excellent rendering and visualization skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work Strong communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Skills:
Experience with sustainable design practices Knowledge of building codes and regulations Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
