About this role
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Define, document, and continuously improve engineering data structures, processes, and data models in systems such as Teamcenter and SAP S/4HANAº Establish and maintain data-governance standards for data creation, changes, phase-out, quality, and usageº Monitor engineering-data quality, lead enrichment and cleansing initiatives, and develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms.º Support data migration, conversion, and system implementations or upgrades while ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.º Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, build a network of product-data experts, and provide training and coaching to promote best practices
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering field, with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in engineering and/or product data managementº Strong understanding of product development processes, related data structures, and ERP/PLM systems or enterprise business platformsº Experience working within future-oriented workplace principles and complex enterprise business landscapes; basic knowledge of project management is an advantageº A self-driven, quality-focused team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, disciplines, and organizational levelsº Open to innovation, transformation, and continuous learning, with excellent English and/or German language skills and willingness to travel up to 20%

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53 241,02 based on full-time employment.
