• Deliver excellent customer services to clients and visitors by providing information and answering inquiries as needed • Assist with various activities and tasks related to events and hospitality services • Ability to comply with University policies • Maintain regular and punctual attendance • Ad Astra experience very welcomed though not required • Provide general office assistance and event support • Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information • Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility • Ability to prioritize and take initiative • Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations • Maintain regular and punctual attendance • Provide technical (a/v) support • Maintenance management • Answer phones with excellent phone etiquette • Act as a guide for guests to room locations or across campus • Monitor trash/cleanliness • Setup/breakdown meeting spaces • Maintain a quality and professional relationship w/ Housekeeping • Set (7am-9am) or take down (4pm-6pm) tabling needed for student organizations; Monday to Friday during set times Key Components:
