About this role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee civil construction greenfield projects within the Power/Energy industry • Utilize expertise in BTG, BOP & structure in power plant construction • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members • Conduct regular site inspections and address any construction-related issues • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are fulfilled • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of relevant construction codes and regulations • Project management skills • Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and Primavera P6 for project scheduling • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
Non-Negotiable Skills:
• Experience in civil construction greenfield projects • Expertise in BTG, BOP & structure in power plant construction • Strong leadership abilities • Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and Primavera P6 for project scheduling • Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures specific to thermal power projects • Understanding of relevant Indian standards (IS codes) and international standards applicable to thermal power plant construction

Education Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
Experience:
• 6-8 years of experience in civil construction greenfield projects • Experience in the Power/Energy industry
