AGC III Employment Counseling With Class Action Support
Opportunity Overview: A unique opportunity to combine sophisticated litigation and proactive counseling This is not a traditional employment counsel role. Approximately half of your time will be spent partnering with outside counsel on significant employment litigation matters, including wage and hour class actions, collective actions, discrimination claims, and ERISA-related litigation. The other half will focus on helping the business pr
