Commercial HVAC Journeyman
Job Description - Overview: Hobby Lobby’s Construction / Facilities Team is looking for a full time individual with experience as a Commercial HVAC Journeyman. Work week schedule may vary and could include some weekends.
JOB DUTIES: • Identify and troubleshoot commercial type air conditioning and heating units including, the adjustment, repair and/or replacement of compressors, fans, heat exchangers, VFD exhaust fans, natural gas components, sheet metal/flex duct work, filter changes, EMS controls, safety devices etc. • Perform general commercial maintenance with associated scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance tasks on equipment such as RTUs, chillers, air handlers, rack heaters and exhaust fans. • The individual must have good analytical skills and attention to details with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuals.
