Job Description: SAP HR Consultant (SuccessFactors / HCM) • Strong SAP HR functional expertise covering Employee Central, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, and HR business processes. • Ability to engage directly with business stakeholders, conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions. • Good understanding of HR integrations, data migration, reporting, and security/role design concepts. • Experience supporting end-to-end project lifecycle including design, testing, training, and deployment. • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical delivery teams.
