About this role
1. Customer Service – Greet, seat, take orders, serve food and drinks, handle complaints. 2. Order Management – Enter orders correctly, coordinate with kitchen and bar. 3. Beverage Service – Serve wine and beer responsibly, check IDs if needed. 4. Cleanliness & Hygiene – Keep tables clean, follow safety regulations. 5.
