About this role
We’re looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our passionate L&D team here at Butlin’s Skegness! This is a new position that will play an important part in supporting learning across the resort. You’ll help ensure our training runs smoothly behind the scenes whilst also building great relationships with leaders and teams across the business. No two days will look the same. One day you could be preparing our training rooms and supporting the behind the scenes administration, and the next you could be helping deliver an induction or supporting one of our leadership workshops. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, loves working with people and wants to make a real difference to the development of our teams. You should: Enjoy building strong relationships with people at all levels Be confident communicating with both team members and leaders Be organised and have excellent attention to detail, taking pride in keeping information accurate and up to date Be proactive, adaptable, and happy to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Be open to learning new skills and getting involved in a wide variety of activities Be confident using technology, with experience of Microsoft 365 being an advantage You will: Prepare and maintain our learning environments, ensuring training rooms are set up and ready for every session Support the administration of Learning and Development activity, ensuring training records remain accurate, compliant and up to date Work closely with department leaders to monitor learning compliance and maintain training records Occasionally assist with the delivery of training sessions alongside the wider L&D team”
