Location: London, UK (Hybrid Working) Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Security Clearance: Must hold active SC Clearance or be eligible and willing to obtain SC Clearance About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Controller to join our growing Defence consultancy team, supporting the delivery of complex and high-profile programmes across the UK Defence sector. Working alongside Project Managers, Programme Managers, and senior stakeholders, you will provide critical project controls support, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategically important programmes that contribute to the UK's national security and defence capabilities. Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and plans. Track project performance against key milestones, budgets, and deliverables. Produce accurate project reporting, dashboards, and management information. Support forecasting activities and monitor project costs and resource utilisation. Assist in risk, issue, and dependency management processes. Analyse project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support project governance activities, including review boards and stakeholder meetings. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with programme controls processes. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely project information. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project controls and PMO practices.
