WorkStaff360 is a Canadian-based virtual staffing company with a global workforce. We're seeking a Director of Marketing to drive performance marketing, lead generation, and digital optimization strategies from our Islamabad office. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who excels in digital campaigns, CRM systems, and data-driven growth. Oversee and streamline company websites for conversion, performance, and SEO Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manage CRM systems (preferably GoHighLevel or HubSpot ) including pipelines, workflows, and automations Optimize lead generation funnels, landing pages, and CTAs Drive organic growth using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, SurferSEO, etc.) Track performance metrics and prepare reports for executive leadership Lead team of designers, copywriters, and performance marketers (remote)
