The role also involves maintaining the galley and storerooms to high sanitary standards and providing regular consumption reports to the Master. Professionally, the Cook must demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills to manage supplies during long voyages. The position requires a commitment to safe working practices, effective teamwork, and the ability to maintain consistent hygiene standards in accordance with the Company’s Food Safety Management Plan.
