We're looking for a highly organized and dependable Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations supporting utility construction projects throughout Pacific Northwest. This position is responsible for inventory management, receiving and shipping materials, coordinating deliveries to field crews, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring equipment and materials are available to support project schedules. The ideal candidate has strong inventory control experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment supporting telecommunications, power, and utility infrastructure projects. project support. Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, shipping, and distributing materials to support project requirements; Maintain accurate inventory records, perform inventory controls, conduct cycle counts, and ensure quality standards are met for audits; Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, organize inventory for efficient storage, and coordinate material deliveries to construction job sites; Track company tools, equipment, fleet assets, and warehouse documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, receiving reports, and inventory logs; Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely, assist with loading and unloading company vehicles, and ensure equipment is properly maintained; Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA -compliant warehouse while enforcing company safety policies and adhering to all applicable procedures and regulations; Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Coordinators, Purchasing, and Field Supervisors to support project schedules, coordinate material returns and warranty claims, and perform additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
