The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project execution, bidding activities, material planning, and inventory management while helping develop and mentor a growing procurement team. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of procurement, systems, and field operations. Work Schedule: 5:30pm - 1:30am (IST) On-Site. Location: EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana – 122011. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of procurement activities for assigned projects and regions, ensuring material availability, cost control, and operational readiness. Review bid packages, engineering drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to identify material requirements, quantities, compliance requirements, lead times, and procurement budgets and strategies. Develop deep expertise in Telecom, Water, and Power construction materials, specifications, and industry standards. Monitor inventory levels and material consumption across multiple warehouse locations and projects. Maintain and improve Utilities One's Single Source of Truth (SSOT) by ensuring accurate item master data, naming standards, pricing records, and vendor information. Work closely with engineering, operations, warehouse personnel, vendors, and customers to support successful project execution. Create purchase orders, manage material transactions, and ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date. Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, inventory controls, reporting, and data quality. Train, mentor, and support junior procurement and warehouse personnel while remaining capable of personally performing all core functions of the department.
