Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control to ensure successful project completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Provide technical expertise in structural analysis, design, and materials selection. Oversee and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and drafters. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Develop, review and approve project documentation, reports, and specifications. Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving technical challenges. Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client presentations. Provide clients with technical support and subject matter expertise on transportation structures related issues. Conduct appropriate cost-benefit analyses for assigned projects.
