Schedule & Budget Support: Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and work breakdown structures (WBS) for civil and transportation projects. Reporting and Analysis: Help prepare project status reports, cost/schedule variance analyses, and dashboards for project managers and clients. Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure project controls data is accurate, current, and actionable. Process Improvement: Help identify opportunities to improve project tracking tools, templates, and workflows across civil and transportation project teams.
