We are seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to join our team. We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to join our Tempe, Arizona office. Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to develop a thorough understanding of project scope, objectives, and technical requirements. Perform field observations and inspections to verify construction activities comply with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes. Manage the review and coordination of submittals, shop drawings, and Requests for Information (RFIs) to support efficient project execution. Prepare accurate daily field reports documenting construction progress, key activities, site conditions, and any issues requiring resolution. Serve as a key liaison between owners, contractors, and project stakeholders, fostering clear communication and proactive issue resolution. Review contractor Schedule of Values and payment applications to verify work completed and support accurate project billing. Monitor and evaluate contractor schedules, identifying potential risks and helping keep projects on track. Develop and manage project punch lists, coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion and successful project closeout.
