As a Bridge CAD Technician, you will create electronic design plans using computer software and work closely with Engineers to turn blueprints and technical drawings into 2D/3D computer models. Prioritize work to meet various project requests and deadlines, answering to various engineers and project managers Drafting and design work for a variety of projects across multiple disciplines Working in structural detailing, bridge plans, drainage structures, retaining walls, and other transportation structures associated items Developing 3-dimensional models of transportation structures using 2D technical drawings Create/Modify technical drawings of roads, bridges, pipelines, etc. Collaborate with engineers to ensure that the drawings are correct and represent the design accurately Compiling and maintaining the entire plan set of technical drawings
