Artheon is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Inspector to join our team in Neptune, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in inspecting public projects and will preferably hold NICET I certification. As an Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of public projects. Project Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of public projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and other infrastructure, to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and regulations. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspection findings, including photographs, reports, and other relevant documentation. Prepare inspection reports for clients and regulatory authorities as needed. Quality Control: Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify and address construction and design issues promptly, ensuring the quality and safety of the project. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure they adhere to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols, taking appropriate actions to address non-compliance. Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies. Provide clear and concise updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
