We are actively seeking to hire the following position in Orlando : Project Engineer (EIT) The Project Engineer (EIT) supports a wide range of duties from concept to final delivery with a focus on deliverables for special projects in collaboration with our dynamic team and leadership. This role focuses on developing detailed technical drawings and designs, calculating material quantities, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The Project Engineer works closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure that all designs meet project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. A candidate who brings a proven track record of experience supporting a high-volume of projects and/or working with special book of business requiring a high emphasis on quality will be an incredible consideration for such an opportunity. Collaborate and coordinate with the project team, including engineers, architects, designers, consultants, and clients. Interpret relevant codes, regulations, and client requirements to guide the design process. Implement and utilize established CAD standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality. Calculate quantities, areas, and other essential data necessary for land development civil engineering designs. Travel periodically to perform site investigations, take measurements, and observe construction progress, followed by the preparation of detailed reports and exhibits. Assist in compiling construction plans from all disciplines and ensure timely submission to agencies with jurisdiction. Perform other duties as assigned.
